Hearoes is an interactive auditory training and application for hearing impaired recipients.
I went for a jog shortly after my Cochlear Implant and could hear a jingling noise. When I stopped jogging, to try and identify the sound, it stopped. I wasn’t sure what it was. And it wasn’t until I got home, I realised the noise was coming from the coins in my pocket. I learned although I could hear some new sounds, it was very challenging being able to identify them.
To provide accessible and tailored support to those with hearing loss, helping them to make the most of their hearing, improve their well being and achieve their goals.
Helping those with hearing loss globally understand and identify sounds and the environment around them.
Ongoing support at any time
Hearoes has collaborated with audiologist and speech pathologist to help bring engaging interactive auditory training for hearing impaired recipients different stages of their hearing journey, to help hear new sounds and confidence today.
By using the combination of proven assessments used in rehabilitation sessions with engaging activities and interactions helps creates an aesthetically engaging, tailor-made experience to maximise outcomes.
Each module contains a series of different specialised activities to help create a dynamic learning pathway at helping those at all stages of their hearing journey.
From the very early stages of life, we learn from Play. Research* has concluded there’re eight “Laws of Learning”. Games as platform consistently taps into these Laws throughout the many stages of “Play”.
We understand the importance of progress. Hearoes allows you to see your progress on different activities so you can spend the time focusing on where you can develop progress.
“I am newly implanted and this is a brilliant app. 3 weeks since switch on. Very easy to use, and take stock of what you actually can hear. This will be really useful. I have really seen an improvement through using this app. Thank you for developing this. I am sure it will benefit a great deal of people and I certainly will be recommending it. “

“I've been using Hearoes with my (Deaf) students...they love it. One of my students enjoys 'What's that Order?' and now wants to work in a restaurant. Thank you for Hearoes. “

“Barely a week of activation and cannot hear sounds yet, but I think I'm getting the hang of the difference in vibration of each word using Hearoes app“
